Random Poem - I'm Just Assuming Again.

I'm just assuming again,
You are my dim light in a cave,
The flicker of hope in a path of misery.

I'm just assuming again,
But is it true what I think?
That you did what you might have done?

I'm just assuming again,
But are you the person I behold on the pedestal?
The angel I look up to?
The perfection I wish to match?

I'm just assuming again,
And frankly getting tired of it,
But,
If you truly did do what you might have done,
You're still on my pedestal,
But only as a fallen angel.

OH MY GOD, yeah this was saved in my notes and I just, why on Earth did I write this? It's so melancholic and so.. but it's okayish?
