Memorable Days - Testimonial Day 2015 - A throwback + My Two cents

Oh yeah, if anyone's wondering. I graduated from Labuan International School. It was a really sad time for me to part with it as I'd been studying there for almost my whole life. My Valedictorian speech was disrupted by my own sniffles on stage. 

I actually had a reason for smiling such a way! I was just over crying! So yeah, but it's a nice photo, one of my favourites. Look at Uncle Rizlan though, he looks happy hehe ❤️

So here's a grainy photo of 'yours truly', my mother (in red), my dad and my former principal - Puan Zainab Batin. I had a rough time (okay not so bad but it was rougher than the usual) during my last two years for many reasons, but, now that I have gone through it, I get it. I understand why I had to go through all that. It was simply to make me see that everyone has their priorities and at times, it's not in your favour. I know this seems like 'really, you just got that?', but listen, you could always expect these things but you could never fully prepare yourself to deal with it and deal with the collateral damage afterwards (especially if it's your own image). After all,  Life has its ways to make you bend to its will, but you can't! You shouldn't!

Things happen, but you should always try ways to improve. ❤️

Okay look at us, we were so 'grown up' at the time. Now that I look it now, in 2017, we were babies. Babies I tell you! Some of my favourite people are here right in this bunch; however, I thank every single one of them for making me go through whatever it was they did to me. Be it bad or good.

(Folks, children and all readers, this does not mean you should treat anyone badly!)

First Large Slot - Chloe Wong, my best friend, far and apart, it doesn't matter. I know she's there. ❤️
Upper Slot - Muhd. Hilmi, best friend without a doubt. Taught me his principals, and I play with them a lot. ❤️
Lower Slot - Mirza Nur Sabrina, right now, we're not as close as we were, but we're good ❤️

And there's me, probably before the tears came. HAHA

The audience consisted of the upper primary and secondary level. If you noticed, there aren't many of us there and our auditorium is equipped for 300 peeps (if I'm not mistaken!)

And a few months later, I was back on LIS Stage again with another ceremony. And I'm pretty sure it was my last one there. Pretty saddening.

I grinned. Hehe, and I have every reason to ❤️

LIS would always be in my heart, even with everything that has happened. I hope for the best for its future development and growth...

Ps. The point of this post was to reminisce the days of certain happiness... I could be granted that, at the very least.
