It takes all kinds to make a world.

Note: I have placed the definitions of certain words, below the poem. This is inspired by a tagline often said in Yakitate Japan.

You see,
We have all kinds of people in this world,
simply because it takes all kinds to make a world.

So,
it is rational to assume
that there will be many kinds of idiosyncrasy you'll find,
everywhere you go.

You'll find the sociopaths in the corner,
with their little mind games.
The psychopaths in the alley, with their glare-y little eyes,
and that distinctive curve upon their lips.

You'll see the greedy politicians,
spouting your hopes and dreams, to garner your much needed attention,
and you'll see the a  parole officer, taking money with a little sugar,
from a slender woman with her puckered red lips.

You'll notice that donuts are being eaten by cops,
as the old woman get robbed at the end of that very street.
And you'll probably have trust issues at the end of this ever unneeded script.

But do not fret child,
Because,
We have kind lawyers whose heart is in every case they deal with,
We have educators doing what they do best with a bunch of young minds,
We have young entrepreneurs giving charity with their tiny fortune,
and not forgetting the kind passer-by helping the old woman up, taking her to the nearest police station.

Indeed it takes all kind to make a world.
All will be taken and given,
make no mistake.
God is The Fairest, as He is Just.
And life only seems unfair from a one-sided bluff.

But what I'm trying to say is,
keep an open mind to the vast world ahead,
stereotypes don't work,
humans are just gifted to be complex.

So this is my favourite fanfic author's words on writing. We all have to practice a thousand times to get there, and I'm still trying to achieve my first good craft (which is pretty much non-existent). She goes by the name, sbj or essbeejay. The author of More Than Human, a PpG fic.
